Perfect for friends, or two couples, the Shanti Retreat is a two bedroom, two-storey cottage. The main floor features a kitchen, bathroom with rain shower, and cosy living space. If the skies have opened and Byron is misty, it’s a perfect space to lounge and enjoy one of our movie channels. A timber staircase winds up towards the upper floor, where you will find the two bedrooms (one with a King-size bed which can be split on request, and the other with a Queen bed), and a second bathroom with bath tub. Shanti guests also relish an exclusive outdoor jacuzzi surrounded by lush vegetation.
One of Shanti’s most popular features is the extensive ocean front deck, located just a few steps away from the cottage. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine accompanied by the soothing sounds of the ocean. One can hypnotically focus on the crashing of the waves while still enjoying the shelter afforded by the beautiful flora. The deck is equipped with a barbeque and a beach cabana, complete with bar fridge, dishwasher, and utensils necessary for outdoor entertaining. Feel free to enthrall friends for the afternoon as the dining table seats eight.
